Rates are for 1 or 2 persons in a room, unless you see an asterisk (*) which would include up to 3 people. Weekends add $20 per night surcharge • Each additional person $20 per night. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN ROOMS. Please add sales tax 7% and room tax 7% to room rates.

Policies
- Quoted rates apply to confirmed reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival, otherwise rates subject to change, without any notice.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Facilities of motel for registered guests only.
- Check-In Time: Between 3 PM and 9 PM. If arriving later, please make special arrangements with the office.
- Check-Out Time: By 11 AM (In Season).
- Parking for one car per unit.
- Bicycles are not permitted in rooms or walkways. Please use outdoor bike rack provided. Bring a bike lock.
- Sorry, no pets, please.
- Please bring towels for use at the beach and pool.
- Minimum nights stay may be required when applicable.
Deposits and Cancellation Policies
- We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or shortened stays. Guests are responsible for the total amount of nights reserved.
- A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Depending on length of stay an additional deposit may be required.
- Deposit is credited to last day of reservation.
- A deposit is required within 7 days of making reservations to avoid cancellation.
- Deposits are non-transferrable.
- Deposits refundable with $25.00 service charge per room if cancelled two weeks in advance of arrival date, otherwise full deposit will be held.
- Personal checks accepted for deposit ONLY.
- Balance due upon arrival in full. Currency discount 5%; cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards accepted.
