Deposit & Cancellation Policies |
- Quoted rates apply to confirmed reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival, otherwise rates subject to change, without any notice.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Facilities of motel for registered guests only.
- Check-In Time: Between 3 PM and 9 PM Strictly Enforced. If arriving later, please make special arrangements with the office.
- Check-Out Time: By 11 AM - Strictly Enforced (In Season).
- Parking for one car per unit. Strictly Enforced.
- Bicycles are not permitted in rooms or walkways. Strictly Enforced. Outdoor bike rack. Bring bike lock.
- Sorry, no pets, please.
- Please bring towels for use at the beach and pool.
- Minimum nights stay may be required when applicable.

- We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or shortened stays. Guests are responsible for the total amount of nights reserved.
- A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Depending on length of stay an additional deposit may be required.
- Deposit is credited to last day of reservation.
- Reservations will be held one week to allow time for us to receive your deposit.
- Deposits are non-transferrable.
- Deposits refundable with $25.00 service charge per room if cancelled two weeks in advance of arrival date, otherwise full deposit will be held. Strictly Enforced.
- Personal checks accepted for deposit ONLY.
- Balance due upon arrival in full. Currency discount 5%, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards accepted.
